Scarlett Rodriguez

My name is Scarlett Rodriguez, currently attending a nonprofit organization called Year Up as a student of Class 12. I want to pursue a career in IT as a Network Administrator, for that reason I am being trained in hardware and business communications to gain skills to help me with my career. Along with soft skills in business communications and self-development for internship, I am studying to obtain my certification for CompTIA Network+ and A+. My long term goals are to develop my own business that’ll give more opportunities to people and to be a founder of a nonprofit organization for women in technology. In addition to these professional goals, I want to make my interest in Cosmetology into a business and start my own blog as well. Aside from my passion in technology, I have developed an interest in customer service. My current job as a Cashier Specialist has given me the opportunity to provide interpersonal communications. I enjoy helping others in resolving their problems and obtaining a job that involves both tech and customer service is my overall long term career goal. Aside from work, I enjoy volunteering in events for women's organizations that help give a positive impact to the community.
